Services & Disclaimers

Oral Only provides access to compounded medications for qualified patients. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and may differ in risks, benefits, and side effects from FDA-approved products. Individual results may vary. Novo Nordisk Inc. and Eli Lilly and Company are the only U.S. manufacturers of FDA-approved semaglutide (Rybelsus®, Ozempic®, Wegovy®) and tirzepatide (Zepbound®, Mounjaro®), respectively. These companies do not supply their medications for compounding.

Oral Only LLC is a patient management platform that supports physicians and practitioners contracted by third-party provider networks such as MDIntegrations and TelegraMD, who deliver care via telehealth. Oral Only LLC does not provide medical or pharmacy services, does not employ healthcare providers, and does not influence clinical decision-making. Payment does not guarantee medication will be prescribed or dispensed. Information on this site is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

17. Subscription & Payments

17.1 Subscription Billing: Your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring basis.

17.2 Cancellation: Cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund (if assessment hasn’t started). After that, a $150 early cancellation fee applies.

17.3 Pricing Breakdown: Your subscription includes:

  • Provider consultation
  • Prescription fulfillment from our partner pharmacies
  • Platform access fee

17.4 Disbursement: We process payments and distribute to respective medical and pharmacy providers.

18. Prescription Policy

18.1 Prescription Required: Certain products require a valid prescription following a licensed Provider consultation.

18.2 Fulfillment Options: You may choose a partner pharmacy via the platform or transfer your prescription to another licensed pharmacy.

18.3 Pharmacy Transparency: Prescriptions are filled by licensed 503a compounding pharmacies. You can request specific pharmacy details during your consult or by contacting support.

19. Telehealth Consent

19.1 Definition: Telehealth involves remote consultation using digital technology.

19.2 Risks and Limitations: Telehealth is not appropriate for all conditions. Some cases require in-person care.

19.3 Consent: You must sign a telehealth informed consent document before using our services.

19.4 Clinical Discretion: Providers may determine that your condition is not suitable for telehealth and advise in-person treatment.

19.5 Advisory: Always consult your physician for serious health matters. Do not rely solely on this service.

20. DMCA Policy

If you believe your copyright is infringed:

21. Electronic Communications

Products are subject to availability and pricing updates. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. By providing payment information, you authorize charges for all order-related fees.

26. Termination

Oral Only may terminate access to the service at its sole discretion. Certain provisions (liability, dispute resolution, etc.) survive termination.
